From self-guided tools to full hands-on assistance — choose the level that fits where you are in your claims journey.

Know Before You Choose

What Others Charge vs. What We Charge

⚠️

3rd Party VA Claims Orgs — Math-Based Fee

Most 3rd party VA claims organizations charge 5× the difference between your current monthly VA compensation and your future monthly compensation. Going from 0% to 100% disability can cost you up to $22,000 out of your own pocket.

⚠️

3rd Party VA Claims Orgs — Flat / Double Fee

Some organizations charge a flat one-time fee of $7,000 no matter the outcome. Others bill you twice — once upfront to begin the process, and a second time once you receive your rating.

⚠️

VA Claims Lawyers

Most VA claims lawyers deliberately wait up to a full year to file your claim — exploiting the Intent to File expiration date — then submit at the last minute. Once you receive a rating, they take up to 40% of your back-pay. That is money you earned through your service.

Final rank, U.S. Army (Ret.)

I served this country for 34 years as a U.S. Army Master Sergeant, and one principle guided me the entire time: take care of your people.

I grew up in a military family, started my career in the United States Marine Corps during Desert Shield and Desert Storm, and later served in the Army National Guard and on active duty after 9/11. Over the years, I led Soldiers in combat and garrison environments, managed logistics and readiness, supported federal and joint operations, and helped make sure my teams had what they needed to succeed.

My career took me through high-pressure missions in Afghanistan, Iraq, Korea, and other assignments around the world. I supported combat operations, worked with federal agencies, responded to disasters, and served as a Logistics Division Chief in Korea, where accountability, discipline, and mission readiness were non-negotiable.

"But my hardest fight started after I took off the uniform."

Like many veterans, I ran into the reality of the VA disability system: confusing rules, long waits, and denials that can leave veterans feeling like they have to prove what they already earned. The VA is clear that disability compensation is meant for service-connected conditions, and getting there involves gathering and presenting the right evidence — which is exactly why so many veterans need clear guidance along the way. I watched too many good men and women get worn down, give up, or accept less than they deserved.

I refused to accept that. That is why I founded Iron Guardian.

Iron Guardian exists for one reason: to stand beside veterans and help them pursue the benefits they earned with clarity, confidence, and a real strategy. I've lived this experience myself, and I understand what it feels like to be on the other side of the desk, just wanting someone you can trust. The VA itself notes that veterans can turn to accredited professionals for help filing a claim — and that kind of support matters most when the process feels overwhelming.

When you work with Iron Guardian, you are not a case number. You are a fellow veteran. My mission now is simple: keep serving by fighting for the benefits you've earned and helping you move forward with dignity.

If you're tired of going through the VA process alone, Iron Guardian is here to stand with you.

After two denials filing on my own, I almost gave up. Iron Guardian found exactly what was missing from my evidence, and this time I filed with a real strategy behind it. Approved.
